A fantastic book to read whether you are a dog lover or not. The author is a good story teller. Received the book faster than expected. I will recommend this book and this author to everyone.
It's true what the other reviewers say - this book is hard to put down. It was fascinating and moving to read how she copes with so much loss. I found myself in tears more than once while reading. I definately reccomend it!
All dog lovers will love this story from start to finish. Could not put it down. Buy it and start reading.
As a dog lover and having rescued two dogs myself, I found this book to be a wonderful compilation of heartfelt stories comprising heroic turn-arounds for dogs in dire needs. I was shocked by the capacity of some people to commit cruel and unforgivable abuse and relieved showed me the generous and amazing capacity of the author to open her heart and life to these dogs. This is a book that you can sit down and read in about 2 hours - because it is hard to put down!
I enjoyed this story. Of course I love dog stories and the people that care for them. The love between a person and their dogs always inspires me.

This is a good book. Been a while since I read it. But I remember it and feel it is worth reading if you are a dog lover as I am. I get all my books fast as I have a Fire.
